If you've always wanted to try yoga... here's your chance. Enjoy this Free introduction to yoga! Great starting point for new students wanting to learn the fundamentals of the practice. Provides a basic understanding of yoga poses, breath, and alignment. This class is open to the public, whether you're a skilled student or have never set foot in a yoga studio before, everyone is welcome. Come feel your stress & tension melt away.
Wednesdays @ 7:15pm (July 3, 10, 17, 24)
Fridays @ 6pm (July 5, 12, 19, 26)
